Light brown in appearance with herbaceous and biscuit aromas and a distinct zesty note. Our Single Pot Still has pronounced tart and fruit flavours balanced by a beautiful spice undercurrent. Subtle sherry notes develop nicely in the aftertaste. Distinctive and historic Irish whiskey style inspired by our past traditions.
